Every teacher needs to be taught before she/he becomes a teacher. There are teaching schools and refresher courses for the teacher also. It is very important for the teacher to keep abrest of the latest learnings in their chosen field.
Even the spiritual teacher needs a refresher course. Imagine a teacher talking in Coptic or the Ancient Aramaic or Sanskrit, would the disciples understand? It’s tough to know even today’s language of Lol or s/o or whatever.
Perfection is all about removing doubts and destroying ignorance. That is a dynamic process. The Great sages also practiced well after they had reached their stations in life. So practice and constant endeavor are a must. Never stop. Always keep on moving. Learning is a continuous process. Stopping understanding and knowledge spells death. So persevere and continue your path towards perfection.
