How much sleep do you actually need? Some say three hours, others eight and still others say ten! Who is right? It’s your inherent nature which determines how much you sleep! I have always asked my disciples to look at every individual as an animal or bird. Then the answer is clear. If you see someone sleep like a log for hours at a stretch and then get up only to eat, he must be a sloth bear. Where there is constant flurry of activity, consider that person like an ant or a monkey. The disposition of that individual determines the method of living their life. So how much they sleep is directly decided by their nature. Now you can understand why they have animals in the zodiac!!!
